simple : you go to the sites that usually pay for videos like
revver.com or metacafe
i personally prefer revver because they actually pay what you deserve not like metacafe that make you pass 3-4 obstacle and you end up getting nothing.

your question will be then why will we need to post our videos here
the answer is easy :

1- not all your videos will be accepted in the paying videos sites >> so you will probably upload the rejected ones on the usual sites youtube ... and in order not to be obliged to tell your friends to watch you on different sites , you can centralize everything here.

2-with this system everybody gets visitors , you won't have a channel with only 10-20 video views >> the people who visit the channels will see you often if you update your channel /thread often
(ps: if you spam your channel or just bump it for no reason => you get banned)

3-Cheating has no influence here

4-We will work as a site to advertise our Actors ... so you may get noticed
